The service is provided by Marselling OÜ, trading as Marselling IT. Registry code 16967810, Tallinn, Estonia. Email trade@marselling.com. We are the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. This site itself does not track you

Ainus asi, mida me sinu brauserisse salvestame, on keelevalik (EE või EN) brauseri localStorage'is. See ei ole küpsis, ei liigu meie serverisse ega võimalda sind tuvastada. Selle kustutamiseks piisab brauseri andmete puhastamisest.

The only thing we store in your browser is your language choice (EE or EN) in the browser's localStorage. It is not a cookie, never reaches our server and cannot identify you. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Nagu iga veebiserver, salvestab meie majutaja tehnilisi logisid (IP-aadress, päringu aeg, brauseri tüüp). Neid kasutatakse ainult turvalisuse ja tõrgete jaoks, mitte profileerimiseks.

Like any web server, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type). These are used only for security and troubleshooting, not for profiling.

Sama domeeni all asuv e-pood (/shop/, /ostukorv/, /kassa/) on eraldi WordPressi-põhine osa, mis seab ostukorvi kasutamisel funktsionaalseid küpsiseid. Need on vajalikud ostukorvi toimimiseks.

The web shop on the same domain (/shop/, /ostukorv/, /kassa/) is a separate WordPress-based section that sets functional cookies when you use the cart. Those are necessary for the cart to work.

Development enquiry form

Arenduse kontaktivorm kogub sinu nime, e-posti aadressi, valitud platvormi ja projekti kirjelduse, et saaksime päringu läbi vaadata ning vastata. Päring ja nõusoleku aeg salvestatakse meie WordPressi paigalduses administraatoritele nähtava kirjena ning päringust saadetakse e-posti teavitus aadressile trade@marselling.com. Vorm ei lisa sind turundusnimekirja. Graafikupiltide lingid saad lisada kirjeldusse; vorm faile üles ei laadi.

The development enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected platform and project description so we can review and respond to your enquiry. The enquiry and consent time are stored in our WordPress installation as an administrator-only record, and an email notification is sent to trade@marselling.com. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. You can include chart screenshot links in the description; the form does not upload files.

If you take out a Gold Copilot AI subscription or order development work, we collect the following:

The waitlist

Kuni maksed ei ole avatud, saab maandumislehel end ootenimekirja kirja panna. Siis kogume nime, e-posti aadressi, valitud paketi ning sinu kauplemiseelistused (kauplemispaar ja -sessioon). Õiguslik alus on sinu nõusolek (GDPR art 6 lg 1 p a), mille annad vormil oleva märkeruuduga.

While payments are not open yet, you can join the waitlist on the landing page. In that case we collect your name, email address, chosen plan and your trading preferences (trading pair and session). The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the checkbox on the form.

Neid andmeid kasutame ainult selleks, et teatada sulle teenuse avanemisest ja teenust sinu eelistustele vastavaks seada. Me ei saada nendega muud turundust, ei jaga neid kellegagi ega liida neid muude andmetega. Kirjed hoitakse meie enda WordPressi paigalduses samas serveris — vormiteenust kolmandalt osapoolelt ei kasutata.

We use this data solely to tell you when the service opens and to tailor the service to your preferences. We send no other marketing to it, share it with no one and combine it with nothing else. The entries are stored in our own WordPress installation on the same server — no third-party form service is involved.

Nõusoleku saad igal ajal tagasi võtta ja andmed kustutame: kirjuta trade@marselling.com. Kui teenus on avanenud ja sina ei ole liitunud, kustutame ootenimekirja kirjed hiljemalt 12 kuu jooksul.

You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will delete the data: write to trade@marselling.com. Once the service has opened, waitlist entries for people who did not subscribe are deleted within 12 months at the latest.

Kassa-eelne nõusolek ja tõendid (kui maksed on avatud)

Pre-checkout consent and evidence (when payments are open)

Kui maksed on avatud, kinnitad enne kassasse suundumist kasutustingimused ning soovi alustada valitud paketi teenust kohe. Tõendina säilitame konkreetse registreerimise tunnuse, keele, paketi ja kuvatud hinna, nõusoleku aja, IP-aadressi ning nõusolekute ja lepingutingimuste teksti. Kassasse edastatakse seostamiseks registreerimise tunnus. Makse kontrollimisel ja litsentsi väljastamisel seome sellega makseviite, ligipääsu avamise ning kinnituskirja saatmise andmed. Registreerimine iseenesest ei tõenda tasumist. Litsentsivõtit kirja tõendikoopias ei säilitata.

When payments are open, before checkout you accept the terms and request immediate performance of your selected plan. Evidence includes a registration reference, language, plan and displayed price, consent time, IP address and the consent and contract texts. The registration reference is passed to checkout for reconciliation. When payment is checked and a licence issued, we link the payment reference, access activation and confirmation email records. Registration alone does not prove payment. The licence key is not retained in the evidence copy of the email.

Õiguslik alus on juriidilise kohustuse täitmine (GDPR art 6 lg 1 p c) — tarbijaõiguse järgi peame suutma antud nõusolekut tõendada — ja õigustatud huvi (art 6 lg 1 p f) õigusnõuete esitamiseks ja nende vastu kaitsmiseks.

The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — under consumer law we must be able to demonstrate the consent given — and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in establishing, exercising and defending legal claims.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another basis permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

• Subscription and access data — for the duration of the subscription and up to 12 months after it ends, so you can return if you wish
• Kirjavahetus — kuni 3 aastat, et saaksime varasemale suhtlusele viidata
• Correspondence — up to 3 years, so we can refer back to earlier exchanges
• Discordi ligipääs — eemaldatakse pärast tellimuse lõppemist
• Discord access — removed once the subscription ends
• Lepingu ja nõusoleku tõendid — üldjuhul kuni 3 aastat lepingu lõppemisest; ostuni mitte jõudnud kassa-eelsed tõendid kuni 12 kuud registreerimisest. Käimasoleva vaidluse korral säilitame vajalikke tõendeid kuni lõpliku lahenduseni; raamatupidamisdokumentidele kohaldub nende seaduslik tähtaeg.
• Contract and consent evidence — generally up to 3 years after the contract ends; pre-checkout evidence that did not lead to a purchase for up to 12 months after registration. Necessary evidence for an ongoing dispute is retained until final resolution; statutory accounting retention periods apply to accounting documents.

Sul on õigus oma andmetega tutvuda, neid parandada, kustutada, töötlemist piirata, andmeid üle kanda ja töötlemisele vastu vaielda. Nõusolekul põhineva töötlemise saad igal ajal tagasi võtta.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Kirjuta trade@marselling.com — vastame ühe kuu jooksul. Kui jääd vastusega rahule, on sul õigus pöörduda Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni poole (aki.ee) või oma elukohariigi järelevalveasutuse poole.

Write to trade@marselling.com — we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Osa andmeid ei saa me kustutada enne seadusest tuleneva säilitustähtaja lõppu — eelkõige arveid ja raamatupidamisdokumente.

Some data cannot be deleted before the statutory retention period expires — invoices and accounting records in particular.

If this policy changes, we update the date shown above. For significant changes we notify active subscribers by email or through the Discord channel.
